Go ahead, buy that Chrysler. That’s the consensus of analysts, consumer advisers and consultants, who noted Thursday that Chrysler now is like a government bond, backed by the “full faith and credit of the United States.” “Business as usual” at dealerships, promises Chuck Eddy, who represents the 3,200 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealers on the National Automobile Dealers Association’s dealer council. “As part of the prepackage (Chapter 11 arrangement), we get treated as if there’s not a break in the business. Warranty payments, incentive payments — every Monday, as usual. They’re shipping … whatever we’ve paid for,” says Eddy.

EARNING YOUR PRE-OWNED BUSINESS FOR A LIFETIME

• Our expert car buyers, with over 30 years of experience, select the “best of the best” vehicles for our customers to choose from.  We carefully screen all of our trades, using the latest technology, and only resell those that meet our standards.  We buy off lease and program vehicles from factory auctions who only sell to reputable dealers.  
• All pre-owned vehicles are thoroughly inspected and serviced by our Chrysler and ASE Certified technicians who take pride in their work, live in our community and have earned the respect of our customers over the years.
• We understand that customers needs and budgets vary and therefore , we have three levels of pre-owned  inventory: 
  • Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle (CPOV) . This is the most “like-new” Dodge or Chrysler vehicle;  generally low mileage backed with a Chrysler warranty.
  • Fivestar Chrysler Dodge and Jeep vehicles undergo a thorough inspection but may have things like age and mileage that disqualifies them for the Certified program.  Fivestar standards also apply to other make and model vehicles.  
  • The AS IS vehicle which has been inspected for safety, but may have some bumps or bruises.  This is generally a “low cost, get across town” vehicle. 

Most importantly, no matter what level of vehicle you purchase, the vehicle information will always be honestly disclosed  and the vehicle will be fairly  priced!

·         Personal Shopper Program:  Buying a pre-owned car can be intimidating—it’s not something you do every day!  Our Personal Shopper Program is designed to help you, our “family business friend” – have a trustworthly, comfortable and yes—fun car buying experience!  We know the “ins and outs” of the business and will put our knowledge, expertise, time and resources to work for you!   As we learn about your needs, including such things as, your vehicle preferences, price range, time-frame for purchase, etc. we will be your personal shopper to find the exact car you want.  So… if you don’t see the vehicle you want at our dealership, or you simply want to work with people you can feel comfortable with and trust, stop in and ask about our Personal Shopper Program!
